For me, this time of year usually means basket ball, and this year is no different.

The world champion San Antonio Spurs are currently playing a deadly play off with the Dallas Mavericks. Earlier in the series it looked like Dallas was going to walk away with it when they took a three to one lead in the best-of-seven series.

However, the Spurs have crept back into the game to tie the series three to three last Friday.

Tomorrow night's game will decide this series, and I'm loving it.

yes, but this isn't news anymore. The pistons tricp to the eastern finals is much more of a story now, as it happened today

Yes, but a good exciting story is timeless.

the Pistons isn't even a story, if there is any story from the Detroit series its that LeBron was capable of taking it 7 games. Everyone expected Detroit to return to the Conference Finals, so its not a big deal. However, you have 2 of the best teams in the league that have played an extremely exciting series in San Antionio and Dallas. On top of that, you have the fact that these 2 teams should be playing in the conference final instead of this round, but in any case, its been one hell of a series and tonight is sure to be much the same...

Well, <he says with egg on his face> you can't win them all. But, both teams managed to turn a rather lackluster game into a fantastic exciting finish. I'm sorry the spurs didn't win, but it was one of the best series I've heard in years.
